Important Information for Your Stay

We encourage all guests to review our policies before booking. Taking a few minutes to become familiar with them ensures your visit will be smooth, enjoyable, and tailored to the welcoming atmosphere we provide at Sevier River RV Park.

We want to make your stay both pleasant and comfortable. If you need any information, please feel free to inquire at the Campground Office. Please help us make your stay here more enjoyable through your cooperation with the following simple rules:


Deposit


You will be charged 25% of your stay when booking your reservation.

One day before arrival the remainder balance will be auto collected.



Cancellations

When you cancel your reservation- there is no refund on your collected deposit

of 25%. .


If you cancel one day before arrival to your stay there is no refund on the full amount collected.


Check-In


Check-in after 3 p.m. (noon) on the day of arrival.


Check-Out


Check-out before 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Please make arrangements prior to 

10 a.m. if staying an extra night.


Quiet Hours


Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.


Tables


Limit of one (1) picnic table per campsite.


RV Guests (Pets allowed)


Large area outdoor rugs are prohibited on campsites. A small mat (24" x 24" maximum) is allowed at the base of your stairs.


Tent Guests


If you are visiting the campground for three or more days, please move your tent one tent-length on your third day.


Vehicles


(Campground Staff reserves the right to limit additional vehicles per campsite)


All vehicles must display a valid Campground parking permit. A vehicle without a proper parking permit is subject to tow at owner's expense. Vehicles must not block the road or adjacent campsite(s). The speed limit is 10 MPH.


Visitors

Day or night visitors must register at the Campground Office and purchase a Campground parking permit.


Children


Parents are responsible at all times for their children’s safety and behavior. Please supervise small children in showers and restrooms, and do not allow children to play in the roadway.


Laundry


The laundry room is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (Memorial Day-Labor Day). Please do not hang clothes on lines or trees at the campsite.


Pets


(All pets must be registered with the Campground Office)


Animals must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended at the campsite. Animals may not be tethered to utility fixtures, picnic tables, trees or fences. Animal waste must be picked up by the pet owner.


Restrooms and Showers


Three facilities are available. Due to Board of Health Regulations, animals and the washing of dishes are prohibited in the restrooms. A sink for washing dishes is available behind the east restroom.


Non-Fire Campground


Personal charcoal and propane grills are permitted. See Park Map for hot coal disposal dumpsters. Do not put hot coals in garbage containers. Fireworks are prohibited on the Campground premises and on the property.


Garbage


Help us stay clean by depositing all garbage in the dumpsters located throughout the Campground. Complimentary garbage bags may be obtained at the Campground Store.
